Essenzen aus Panama
In dieser Ausgabe des Blütenbriefes und in den kommenden möchte ich ganz neue Forschungsessenzen vorstellen und alle Leser und Blütenfreunde dazu einladen, diese mit zu testen. Sie werden von Leda Moreno in Panama hergestellt, die den Besuchern des Blütenzentrums schon als Autorin zweier Artikel über Traumarbeit mit Blütenessenzen bekannt ist. Leda arbeitet seit Jahren mit Essenzen anderer Hersteller und hat zu Beginn des neuen Jahrtausends mit der Herstellung eigener Essenz ihrer Heimat begonnen.
Mittlerweile werden Blütenessenzen ja beinahe überall auf der Welt hergestellt. Mit diesen wird die Weltkarte der Blütenessenzen wieder ein Stück vollständiger. Was mag nun das Besondere an diesen Essenzen sein? Zwar spiegelt sich alles in allem und finden sich alle denkbaren menschlichen Eigenschaften und Emotionen auf der archetypischen Ebene in jedem Land der Welt, doch ein Blick auf das indianische Medizinrad verrät uns doch ein wenig mehr. Es überrascht mich nicht, dass die Essenzen auf dem Norden, sprich: Alaska, eine deutlich spirituelle Komponente haben, während die aus dem Süden, also Australien, besonders gut erden. Dies entspricht genau den Definitionen des Medizinrads. Doch die im Zentrum, wie z.B. Zentralamerika, stehen, die führen uns auf uns selbst zurück, lassen uns bei uns selbst zu Hause sein. Ich bin froh und stolz, mit Leda Moreno jemanden kennen zu dürfen, die mit großem Herzen wunderbare Essenzen genau an einem solchen Ort herstellt. Leda ist ursprünglich Kernphysikerin, heute arbeitet sie in eigener Klinik vor allem mit Kindern, wobei sie vor allem künstlerische Mittel des Schreibens und Malens und auch des Theaterspielens einsetzt.

Da dies eine Forschungsessenz ist, möchte ich nicht zu viele Worte über ihre Wirkung verlieren. Eins jedoch scheint mir bereits gewiss: sie unterstützt das intuitive Unterscheidungsvermögen, lässt nur das annehmen, was zu einem gehört, und alles andere reaktionslos an einem vorbei rauschen, was eine bestimmte Schutzfunktion bedeutet. Die Farbkombination der Blüte lässt auf eine Verbindung von zweitem und sechsten Chakra schließen (siehe auch den Abschnitt über das Sakral-Chakra), es verbindet somit körperliche Bedürfnisse, Intuition und Begreifen. Dies könnte stark ich-bezogenen Menschen helfen, sich mehr auf das wahre Ich statt das gierige Ego zu konzentrieren. Die Essenz wirkt anregend und beruhigend zugleich, was sich auf die innere Sortierung zurückführen lässt. Von außen auf uns einströmende Angriffe lassen uns kalt, von innen kommende Impulse zuhandeln werden energetisch gefördert.

Blütenessenzen für die Chakren, Teil 7: Das Sakral-Chakra
Die Chakren gehören zu den grundlegenden Ideen der indischen Heilkunde. Es handelt sich dabei um Zentren zur Energieaufnahme im Körper - anatomisch nicht nachweisbar und von daher von der Wissenschaft nicht anerkannt. Also ungefähr wie Röntgenstrahlen vor 150 Jahren. Von diesen Zentren gibt es sieben, einige Autoren sprechen auch noch von weiteren, hier möchte ich mich aber auf diese sieben beschränken.
Man kann sich ein Chakra wie einen Trichter vorstellen, in den Energie einströmt. Ist ein Chakra auf irgendeine Weise gestört oder verschlossen, kann natürlich nichts einströmen. Es entsteht ein Energiemangel, der auf Dauer weitere Störungen nach sich ziehen kann in Form von seelischen, emotionalen und auch körperlichen Symptomen. Dabei hat jedes Chakra seine besonderen Aufgaben, so dass es einem möglich ist, sowohl in der Diagnose vom gestörten Chakra auf Störungen im Innern des entsprechenden Menschen wie auch umgekehrt vom Leiden des Klienten auf das blockierte Chakra zu schließen.
Alle Chakren sind als der zentralen, vertikalen Achse im menschlichen Körper lokalisiert. Bis auf das oberste, das sich auf dem Schädeldach befindet, sind alle an der Wirbelsäule zu orten. Das unterste hat seinen "Trichter" zum Boden hin gerichtet, das oberste zum Himmel hin, alle übrigen sind nach vorne gerichtet. IM Verlauf dieser kleinen Artikelserie im Blütenbrief werde ich alle Chakren einzeln betrachten und Blütenessenzen vorschlagen, die geeignet sind, sie positiv zu beeinflussen, d.h. zu öffnen, aufnahmebereit für neue Energie zu machen und damit für Heilzwecke zu nutzen.
Das Sakral-Chakra
Gelegen in Schambeinhöhe an der Wirbelsäule versorgt es den Unterleib mit Energie, d.h. Becken, Geschlechtsorgane und Harnblase, und ist außerdem für die Flüssigkeiten im Körper zuständig, also Blut, Lymphe, Urin, Verdauungsflüssigkeiten.
Auf der seelisch-emotionalen Ebene geht es um Kreativität und Sexualität. Beides gehört natürlich zusammen – außer man mag Beamtensex jeden Samstagnachmittag zwischen Autowaschen und Bundesliga. Sex ist einfach die größte Antriebskraft des Menschen. Jede Motivation hat immer eine sexuelle Komponente (siehe auch den folgenden Blütenbrief im Dezember), die steuernden Teile des Gehirns können's einfach nicht lassen, den Dingen, die wir mögen und anstreben, immer ein bisschen Pfeffer zu verleihen, um uns noch stärker zu motivieren. Kein Wunder, dass die Werbewirtschaft schon seit langem weiß „Sex sells“ und noch die abwegigsten Produkte unter sexuellen Vorzeichen anpreist. Es funktioniert halt (auch in Kreisen der Blütenfreunde! Die Große Nachtkerze ging weg wie warme Semmeln, als ich sie vor knapp 15 Jahren in der damaligen Forschungsgruppe als die „Sex-Blüte“ bezeichnete).
Andersherum – sprich: aus Mangel an Motivation – kann man auf ein gestörtes oder blockierte Sakral- oder Sex-Chakra, wie es auch genannt wird, schließen. Keine Lust zu gar nichts also ein Zeichen für „tote Hose“ - im Wortsinne.
Der zweite wesentliche Faktor ist die Kreativität. (man glaubt gar nicht, was sich die Leute alles einfallen lassen, um an Sex zu kommen). Wie die Sexualität sorgt ja auch die Kreativität für das Entstehen von Neuem. Ist es ein Wunder, dass manch Schriftsteller sein Buch 'sein Kind' nennt? Auch die künstlerische Ausdruckskraft wird durch die sexuelle Komponente befeuert.
Ein gesundes, kraftvolles Sakral-Chakra sorgt für gesunde, inspirierte und inspirierende zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen. Willentliche Unterdrückung der Sexualität, wie sie von gewissen Religionen verlangt wird, bedeutet nicht nur Verleugnung der eigenen Natur, es blockiert auch das entsprechende Chakra, hat etwas von Selbstvergewaltigung und führt zu den absurdesten Kompensationen bis hin zu Gewaltausbrüchen. Im aktiven und gesunden Zustand versorgt uns das Chakra jedoch mit aller Energie und Motivation, die uns ein aktives und befriedigendes Leben (und das ist gewiss nicht nur im sexuellen Bereich gemeint). Wo das Basis-Chakra die materielle Grundlage legte, bringt das Sakral-Chakra die Materie (also uns) in Bewegung. Es macht neugierig, handlungsfähig, sozial und Lust auf das Abenteuer Leben.
Sakral-Chakra Essenz besteht aus:
Bergflockenblume – Sinnlichkeit;
Bougainvillea – Phantasie;
Eibisch – Grenzenlosigkeit;
Kirsche – Lebensfreude;
Mondviole – Reichtum (in jeder Beziehung, nicht allein materiell).

Essences from Panama
In this and the coming three editions of my newsletter I like to introduce a couple of research essences to you und invite you to try them and help to find out what exactly they are about. The essences come from Panama and are prepared by Leda Moreno, who you may know from visits to the flower essence information center, where she published two articles about flower essences and dream work. Leda has been working with flower essences made by well-known producers like the FES and others for quite a while, but with the new millenium she began to produce her own essences with the flowers from her own country.
Meanwhile it becomes harder and harder to find a region in this world, where no essences are prepared, and I am very happy to fill another gap in the world map of essences. But what is so special about essences from Panama? Of course, we all know that everything refelcts everything and every archetypal phenomenon can be found in all places of this world, but a closer look at the Indian Medicine Wheel tells us a little more about the meaning of the different places on Earth. So I am not really surprised to find deep spiritual qualities in the essences from the North (Alaska) and very grounding qualities in the ones, that are prepared in the South like the Australian essences. This simply relates to the definitions of the Medicine Wheel.
The essences prepared in the center, well, they should bring us back there, help to find our true selves and feel at home right where we are (of course in our bodies, too). So I am very happy and proud to be in touch with Leda with her special relationship to nature, who I share many ideas and ideals with. Leda Abril Moreno, well-known Nuclear Physician and Children's Writer in her native Panama, opened the first Flower Therapy Clinic in 1998, after learning the Bach System in France. She combines alternative and allopathic medicine, giving workshops on Dreams, Symbolism and Writing, Flower Essences, Drawing Analysis, and Stress Reduction to universities, health practitioners and the general public. Tropical Flower Essences are her current study.

Of course, this is a research essence, so I will not influence you in any way. On the other hand may some keywords inspire you to test Astromelia...
So let me just mention the ability to understand instinctively what belong to oneself and what does not. E.g. somebody who complains all the time may hurt you by doing so – however this may just be a sign for his own imbalance. Astromelia helps you then not to pick this up and take it personally but simply let it rush through you without influence. So this points to a certain protection effect. The colours aof the flower show a relationship of the second and the sixth Chakra, which means the essence may be ble to align our sexual desires, our intuition and our understanding. Egomaniacs may profit from taking the essence, since it helps to let go off the greedy ego and rather focus on the true self. The essence calms us as well as it activates us. This again indicates her protective effect: an attack on us may cause no effect on our inner self, an inspiration however can energize us and make us take action. Flower Essences for the Chakras - Part 6: The Sacral Chakra
The Chakras belong to the basics in indian medicine. They serve as energy centers in the human body. Western medicine has not yet found evidence they exist at all, so science denies the existence of the Chakras, however once science denied x-rays, too. If we accept the idea of energy centers without scientific approval, we find new ways of healing using our flower essences.
There are 7 Chakras in the body. While some authors mention a couple more I focus on the major seven in this series of articles. You may see a Chakra as a kind of funnel, that colects energy from the surroundings. If such a funnel should be closed, a lack of energy is the result and this may cause negative effects on our body, soul and emotions. Every Chakra has its own definition and functions. Their knowledge can be very helpful in diagnosis and treatment. The lack of energy in a special Chakra creates related symptoms, so we can find which Chakra may be blocked just from observing the symptoms. If we however check the Chakras e.g. by muscle testing we can also foresee which symptoms may appear in the future unless we treat the Chakra.
All the Chakras are aligned to the central axis in the body, our spine – with one exeption, the so-called Crown Chakra, which is located on top of the head. The first one, our Basis Chakra absorbes the energy from the Earth, the last one, the already mentioned Crown Chakra is for letting in the energy from the sky (or you may also say the universe), all the other are opened to our front side. In each articles I shall suggest a couple of essences to treat one special Chakra.
The Sacral-Chakra
You can find the Sacral-Chakra on the spine opposite to the pubic bone. On the physical level it supports and energizes the pelvis and all of its organs like the sexual organs and the bladder. Beyond that it works woth all the fluids in the human body like blood, urine, lymph etc.
On the emotional level the Sacral-Chakra works with creativity and sexuality. Of course they relate to each other, what is sex without creativity and vice versa (unless you love boring, routine sex at the very same time before taking the usual ritual bath once a week). Sex is the big motivator and any motivbation has its sexual ingredient (see the coming newsletter). The parts of the brain, where motivation is created, usually add a scent of sex too it in order to make us start and strengthen our will. No wonder makers of tv-sport and advertisement make use of the first law in pr: sex sells. Almost every product is connected to any sexual aspects on the pr level. It works! (even with flower essences people. Once I introduced Evening Primrose as the „sex essences“ I sold huge amounts of this essence.)
A lack of motivation may point to a blocked Sacral-Chakra. If you feel unable to do anything, but hanging around and everything seems dull and boring, perhaps you better check your Chakra.
The second essential field the Sacral-Chakra works in is creativity (you would not believe how creativ people can be, when they want sex). Both sexuality and creativity lead to the birth of someone or something new. No wonder writers often call their book their baby. Without the motivation influence of the (also so-called) Sex-Chakra tgheir novels may not be as sparkling and fascinating.
A healthy and fully energized Sacral-Chakra helps us to build up healthy, strong and inspiring relationships. When people surpress their sexuality, this does not only block their Sex-Chakra, but also they do deny their own nature (what could be called a self-rape). Some religions demand total denial of one's sexuality. The resulting compensations can be seen all over the world (but who the hell would like to sleep with Mister bin Laden?). This Chakra brings us energy and motivation and fullfillment. While the Basis-Chakra supports our material basics (our flesh and bones) the second one makes them, makes us move. The Sacral-Chakra supports our willingness to explore the world, it makes us active, social and brings us love of life. If we fail to experience life's adventures and everything is routine and repeating itself, energizing the second Chakra can give our life a new direction.
